songs for the queue
An alternative-metal concept album tracing how private pressure becomes public blame, complicity, political violence, and collective refusal.
The album grows outward from “volkskanzler” and asks what kind of social and political sequence makes that song land with maximum force.
Its subject is not simply the rise of a dictator, but the social choreography of blame: private pressure becomes public ordering; public ordering becomes resentment; resentment becomes permission; permission becomes political violence; and afterwards people must live with what they allowed.
The queue is the central image: people ordered into lines, procedures, silence, resentment, complicity, and finally resistance. Tracks 01–06 establish the conditions that make the mask-drop possible. Track 07 makes the political mechanism explicit. Tracks 08–10 follow the consequences through lived fear, private complicity, and defiant collective survival.
Each track uses its own dramatic engine. The album avoids a simple linear fascist-rise narrative, generic protest language, repeated administrative imagery, and a clean redemptive ending.
