How this site is made

Site and publishing

This site is generated as static HTML with Astro. Articles, poems, project descriptions and music information are maintained as Markdown files in a Git repository.

The repository is the source of truth for the site. A publication is created by adding or updating content and committing and pushing that change. Cloudflare Pages then builds and deploys the resulting static site automatically.

Authorship

Jupp Stüger is the author and owner of this site. Urundgaard Sonderbar is the artistic name under which I publish some music, lyrics, poetry and other creative work.

Individual works identify their authorship and relevant production context where necessary. Work published under Urundgaard Sonderbar remains work by Jupp Stüger under that artistic name.

AI-assisted work

Generative AI is used as one of several tools in the creation of some works on this site. Its role varies between projects and may include discussion, drafting, revision, image generation, music generation or technical assistance.

Where AI assistance is materially relevant to a work, the work’s page describes the tools and process involved. I remain responsible for the aims, choices, curation, revisions and decision to publish.

The use of an AI system is treated here as part of the production method, not as a separate author.

Copyright and reuse

Unless an individual work states otherwise, rights in the original material on this site are reserved to the extent recognised by applicable law.

Some works contain AI-assisted or generated elements. Their legal status may differ depending on the nature and extent of human contribution. Individual works may therefore carry different licences or additional rights information, and those work-specific statements take precedence over this general notice.

Privacy and external services

The site itself does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or visitor profiling, and it does not intentionally set cookies.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When visitors access the site, Cloudflare processes technical connection information, including IP addresses and traffic-routing information, as necessary to deliver and protect the service. Further information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Links to external services such as YouTube, Suno and GitHub are ordinary links rather than embedded players or widgets. Those services receive visitor information only when a link is followed and are governed by their own privacy policies.

If analytics or additional external services are introduced, this page will be updated to describe them.

Accessibility

The site is designed around semantic HTML, readable typography, keyboard navigation, visible focus states and respect for reduced-motion preferences. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of maintaining the site rather than a one-time declaration of compliance.
